Light showers are common, as well as occasional thunderstorms. The Carolina coast temperatures start to cool off beginning in October, which is the start of our fabulous fall season, all the way through November. Fall temperatures hover around the 70’s and 80’s with bright sunny days. If you’re visiting in the fall, be sure to pack a jacket. The night temperatures will dip in the 50’s and 60’s. You will find the atmosphere more laid back and not as crowded while vacationing during the fall season. Also, Carolina Coast Accommodations are offered at off season rates. ![]() Typically, the spring months are March, April and May with mild to warm temperatures around 70. You will want to bring a light jacket to wear in the evenings. In the summer season, the Carolina Coast comes to life with visitors from everywhere and activities for all! Hot, sunny day, cool Atlantic Ocean breezes, and an atmosphere of enjoyment to take it all in, or just do nothing at all! Winter season is from December through February, and is a wonderfully quiet time along the Carolina Coast. With temperatures rarely dipping below the 40's, the sights and sounds of the ocean as it meets the surf, you truly get the feeling that you have it all to yourself!
